We definitely prefer e-mail orders over faxed ones.

If you write the order yourself please use one line per item. When writing the quantity per item, do not forget to mention whether you want mix colors or each color as it gets confusing sometimes.

When ordering, let us know your preferred method of shipping (UPS, DHL, or EMS), your shipping address and telephone number.

We will prepare/process the order and send you a proforma invoice with our bank details and the total amount to be transferred. You'll pay only for what we can supply immediately. We will not keep a back order unless you ask us to do it. Once the transfer is made, simply fax us the bank transfer receipt and we will send your parcel right away.

We keep a very large stock in Thailand and most orders can usually be shipped in four days ( three days to prepare the order and one day for you to make the transfer )
As you'll see on the site, our collection is extensive. That means that as much as we try, if you order 50 pcs of one color in a more obscure design, we might not have the full quantity in stock. As a general rule, if you keep the order at 20 to 30 pieces per color, we should be able to fill all your order.
