What happens if you want to send something back?

  1. Salamander Error
    In case of fault of Salamander Jewelry Co., Ltd., you will be fully credited or items will be reshipped at our expense

  2. Damaged Displays
    1. Must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods
    2. All Displays leaves our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you must fill a claim with the courier at the time of delivery. You can also take a photo of the box and damage goods and send us an email to fill a claim with our courier. The box is needed to fill a claim if you throw out the box, or do not have the box, we will be unable to credit you for damages goods

  3. Return goods
    1. We sell high-quality products and want to satisfy all our customers. We grant you the right to return every item you bought from us within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Of course, returned items have to be unused and not be special item we manufactured specially for you and do not keep stock of.
    2. You do not have to ship the damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of those goods; but you should advise us within those 30 days. We will provide you with a return ticket number that you can use when shipping back the goods to Salamander Jewelry. Any claim beyond that time period will not be accepted.
